Smart went a bit mad when they considered fixing the arch liners to the car. 19 of them!

Here’s a quick overview.
S = Torx25 Screw
N = 10mm Plastic Nut
C = Push Fit Clip.

The circled areas front and rear are fixing up underneath that I’ll go into further detail on in a bit.

Screws. Torx 25.

Nuts. 10mm Plastic.

Clips. Lever the middle out and pull the whole clip out of the hole.

Underneath – Front

2x Torx 25 screws.

Underneath Rear

A Torx 25 screw and an 8mm hexagon headed bolt.

Removing The Arch Liner

You’d do yourself a favour by removing the front wheel and also pulling off the over arch trim will help a lot.

The arch liner plastic is quite floppy so grab the back of the arch liner and pull it over the studs that the 2 nuts came off. You can now pull the liner from the top and out the wheel arch. It’s easy to do but hard to explain.
