By signing up and paying for this website you automatically agree to the following conditions.
- Your personal login details will only be used by you.
- If you have no arms then type your details in with your nose.
- Your login details can not be shared and are not transferable.
- It is up to you to keep your login details safe.
- We will be monitoring IP addresses looking for shared usage and we reserve the rights to cancel your subscription and terminate you access without notice if we believe you have breached the T&C.s.
- You will not use or repost any of the pictures or information anywhere and in any form. Including, but not limited to, forums, blogs, websites, PDF files, leaflets, books, premium rate sex lines, magazines, emails, texts etc.
Subscriptions
When you buy your 6 month or 1 year access to the site, it is a
rolling contract that automatically renews...
Renewals
Automatic renewal means that at the end of your subscription, it will charge you the same again for a repeat subscription
unless you cancel the renewal through PayPal or your card supplier (depending on how you chose to pay). The cancellation must be performed before the renewal or you will be charged.
For example:
If you sign up for a 6 month subscription on January 1st, you will be charged again on 1st of July, then the following Jan 1st etc etc. This will happen until you cancel with your payment provider.
If you sign up for a 1 year subscription, you will be charged on the same date every year. This will happen until you cancel with your payment provider.
Reminders
About 1 week before your renewal, our system sends out an email reminding you that a renewal will occur. This gives you plenty of time to cancel if you no longer wish to subscribe to the website.
Cancellations
Should you cancel your Evilution membership then
you will need to check that
your direct debit with PayPal or your bank have been cancelled or you will be charged on your renewal day, we will not be held responsible for this oversight.
Refunds
No refunds will be given and no partial refunds for unused time in the allotted year will be given either. This is because it's probably already spent. On this website, most pages are free to view but even the subscription only pages have a pretty good summary to let you know what that particular page is about. There are no totally hidden pages. Subscribing won't open up a mystical relm of previously unseen pages. My site is honest about what you will be getting if you subscribe. It is up to you to ensure that the site has the information you require BEFORE you pay the subscription.
Transferring Your Membership
If you sell your car, your evilution subscription stays with you. It does not transfer to the buyer of the car. If you do this anyway, you are liable for all future renewal payments.
Liability
Myself, the website or any contributors cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect loss of money or life, injury to person or animal, idiocy on your part and damages to property. The website is for educational purposes only and none of the info should be followed or acted upon.
Privacy
Although we have your email address on file, it is for login purposes only and on rare occasions I might bother sending out newsletter but this is unlikely.
Under no circumstances will we sell, disclose or share your details with anyone or any other company other than those that we own ourselves.
The obvious exception is legal requests for information should you send me plagiarised works as your own to me to be used on the site. See contributions.
We will not send you spam. We are too busy helping people and fixing cars to bother helping you extend the length of your penis.

No part of such material may be copied, reproduced or published in any way (including electronic copying or use of on-line systems or any part of the Internet). Please do not ask for permission to reproduce any of the information on the website as being told to "go fuck yourself" often offends.
This includes recreating the information found here onto other forums, blogs, websites or turning them into YouTube videos. I'm not doing this site so you can take my stuff and gain from it. I can see who you are, what you looked at and the IP addresses you are using. It's very easy to trace who you are.
If you do post a screenshot or photo of the site, there's a very good chance I will just delete your account. You agreed to the conditions.
The Site
We use cookies to determine who you are, for login and to make the site easier to use. They are session, analytics and optimization cookies. They aren't going to start redirecting your browser to Chicks With Dicks websites so just admit you looked and stop blaming us.
Contributions
If you contact me through any means and supply me with words, photos, pictures or diagrams, these must be yours to give. If you send me someone else's stuff and claim they are your own and then the true owner complains, I will pass on your details to their lawyers with no hesitation. If you send anything to me you are granting me the rights to reuse the information as I see fit. I may use your pictures and words in an unlimited fashion or I may take supporting or replacement photos to yours and may rewrite any text you send to make it fit in with the feel of the site.
Credit
I will, wherever possible, credit the person who sent the info leading to that particular page being created. I will credit any influencing persons in the main text if I make a page based on other people's information that I find elsewhere.
