Use a long flat blade screwdriver to push in the clip as you lift it.
Now look at the black plastic box that the washer fluid reservoir is attached to, it’s the cabin air filter intake box.

…10mm nuts…
…all around the outside…
…of these box…
…that need removing.
Once they are all removed, pull the cabin air filter intake box toward you to remove it from the car.
Cool, now it’s time to disconnect the washer bottle from the cabin air filter intake box, right?
Man, you are the king of wrong. Smart decided to join these 2 piece together so they can’t be disconnected.
Your only 2 options are to replace the entire cabin air filter intake box with the washer tank or repair the tank.
The issue is that the plastic used for the washer tank was not UV stable so The filler neck just flakes into bits. You are probably better off cutting the old filler neck off and finding something to fit in its place.
