It’ll be similar on a RHD 450 but without the steering column in the way. Post yourself into the nearside footwell and look up and towards the centre of the car.
There’s the fan unit.
Disconnect the electrical connector…
…and remove the Torx25 screws.
Pull the heater fan from the cabin heater air box…
…and there you have it.
Something In The Way
Evan pointed out that, if you have the under-dash speaker boxes, the nearside box will be right in the way. In which case, you’ll need to remove the dash and the speaker box on that side. At least then you can work from the top down on removing the fan.
